ConnectiCare’s member services call center took home a bronze award for Contact Center of the Year (Up to 100 Seats) - Financial Services Industries. The member services management team received a silver award for Customer Service Management Team of the Year. More than 2,700 nominations from organizations in 45 nations and in virtually every industry were evaluated by seven specialized judging committees.
