Bristol, CT, June 9, 2020 – At the Annual Meeting of the Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce held virtually on Wednesday, June 3, 2020, the Board of Directors unanimously voted to appoint new Executive Officers and several new Board Members with terms to begin July 1, 2020.
The Chamber is proud to announce its new Executive Committee will consist of Chair of the Board Paul S. Lavoie of Carey Manufacturing, Secretary John Lodovico of Tunxis Community College, Treasurer Christine Malay of DoubleTree by Hilton, and Immediate Past Chair Jay Sattler of blumshapiro.
New Chair Paul S. Lavoie stated, "As we enter a new normal, I look forward to working with our Board of Directors, Chamber Staff and Business Community to build a strong and vibrant Regional Chamber for the Central CT Business Community. We are well positioned to help our business community get back to business and we will be working collaboratively with our local economic development officials, mayors and first selectman and other stakeholders to support and help our business community thrive."
