The Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce is proud to announce the hiring of Wanita Parent as its new Events Manager. The addition of this position, focused solely on the management of events and programming for Chamber members, will enhance the annual offerings brought to membership but also allow for the creation of new and innovative programming. Katie D’Agostino has also been promoted from Marketing & Communications Director to Vice President, Marketing & Operations. Katie will continue to oversee the Marketing efforts for the Chamber and will also assume responsibility for managing the operational effectiveness within the organization.

Having Wanita onboard to manage our calendar of events will allow us to continue to deliver the programs our membership expects, as well as new and exciting events to continue to add value to our regional membership."

Dee Babkirk will continue to lead the Chamber’s efforts in growing its membership in the Bristol area, supported by the rest of the team assisting with growing regional membership. Dee also serves as Executive Director for two Manufacturing Associations managed by the Chamber, New England Spring & Metalstamping Association (NESMA) and Connecticut Tooling & Machining Association (CTMA). Joyce Lukasewski continues to provide administrative support to the entire regional Chamber as well as the Manufacturing Associations.
